All products are manufactured or assembled to order and shipped directly from our partner factories in China.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for all supported destinations.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost and varies by destination and product size. Please contact info@ceenli.com before placing your order if you require express delivery.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted international carriers depending on destination and shipment size, including China Post Air Parcel, EMS, UPS, Royal Mail, and dedicated regional express lines such as China–Middle East and China–Russia routes. Carrier selection is determined automatically based on the destination and shipping method.

Handling Time

Standard handling time is 1–10 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may require an additional 3–4 business days.
Some made-to-order products may take up to 12 weeks, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

United States
UPS door-to-door delivery: approximately 20–30 days. Import duties are typically not required.

Canada
UPS delivery: approximately 28–40 days.

Australia
China Post Air Parcel: approximately 25–50 days.
EMS express shipping: approximately 5–20 days plus handling time.

Europe
China Post Air Parcel: approximately 25–50 days.
EMS: approximately 5–20 days plus handling time.
Royal Mail or UPS: approximately 28–60 days.
For certain European countries, choosing standard shipping may help minimize customs charges.

Middle East
China–Middle East air or sea express line: approximately 10–35 days.

Russia
China–Russia special line express: approximately 10–30 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Customs, Import Taxes & VAT

Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs rules vary by country and order value. In some cases, we may contact you to assist with customs documentation.

Changes to Estimated Delivery Dates

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control, we or our delivery partners will notify you where possible. If an order cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will inform you, cancel the order, and issue a full refund.

Address Accuracy & Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional carrier fees, which will be billed to the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If an item is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, you must contact the carrier and request a trace within 7 days of delivery. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Failed Delivery or Refused Packages

If delivery fails due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect address, or refused delivery, the carrier may return the package and charge return fees. Reshipping requires payment of return and re-delivery costs. Refunds for returned items will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee to cover shipping and packaging costs.

Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to all African countries, all South American countries, or certain restricted regions including Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. If you are located in an excluded region and wish to place an order, please contact info@ceenli.com for a custom shipping quote.
