Where does Ceenli ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our partner factories located in China. Products are manufactured or assembled to order before dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no shipping or handling fees at checkout.

Order processing (handling time) typically takes 1–10 business days before your order is shipped.
How long does delivery usually take?
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 23–26 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is 24–36 business days from the date of order.
Will I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
Product prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, if applicable. Any charges imposed by U.S. customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
