Generally, there are two reasons for return:

1. If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2. If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.

We are certain that you will adore your Ceenli.com order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right. 

Refund & Return Policy

We have a 60 day return and exchange policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ceenli.com. Should you require a comprehensive return address, our dedicated support team is readily available to assist you. Simply reach out to them, and they will promptly provide you with the full return address details tailored to your specific location, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Prior to initiating a return, all customers are kindly requested to get in touch with us. This allows us to engage in a thorough discussion regarding the return plan tailored to your specific situation. We are committed to keeping our customers well-informed about the return process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if we have fulfilled our delivery obligations, but refunds are available if the package is not shipped.

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

The order confirmation will be sent right after you have placed the order through to your email address or mobile number you have registered when you place the order.

And the shipping confirmation will be sent within 2-7days after you receive the order confirmation through to your email address or mobile number you have registered when you place the order.

Eligible partial/full refund & replacement

- Any item not in its original condition, which means damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item is different from the item's description.
- Any item returned to the sender without being delivered.
- Any item hasn't been delivered within 90days.

All the cases above will be eligible for the partial/full refund and replacement.

Not Refundable

Products that do not meet the 60-day return and exchange policy.
Purchases over $5,000 (including $5,000),
Customized products made according to customer's wishes.
Misunderstanding of product listing despite clear indication of non-discounted items.
- Exclusions: If you paid shipping please note that shipping is non-refundable if we have fulfilled our delivery obligations, and refundable if the package is not shipped.

For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And we will deduct up to 70% of the cost + service fee of your refund amount.
We do not accept any unregistered packages, any unregistered packages will be rejected.

Despite our efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, there may still be variations from the actual product. We encourage customers to inquire as much as possible to ensure the shopping experience meets expectations. Our customer service representatives will be more than happy to address any questions you may have.

Order Cancellation

Cancelling orders is only possible within 4hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund. (Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.) 

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our Returns Process

Step 0: Read our return policy above to determine whether your order qualifies to be refunded/returned.

Step 1: Submit an inquiry including your reason for return at info@ceenli.com

Step 2: We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.

Step 3: We provide the return address and shipment labelling instructions. If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot give you your refund.

Step 4: You ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.

Step 5: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.

Step 6: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.

Step 7: If it is shipped from our factory to the destination, you need to return the package to our factory.
If the package is shipped from our warehouse to the destination, you need to return the package to our warehouse, so we need to provide a different return address according to your order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

The time it takes for the refund to arrive usually depends on your bank's processing speed, which usually takes 7-14 business days.

If you need to obtain more accurate information and assistance, it is recommended that you contact your bank or credit card issuer in time to obtain more accurate information and assistance. Usually, they can help you check the status of your refund and give you an estimate of when it will arrive.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Where are items located?

Our factories are in China
Your package shipped in China to its destination.

What is your lead time?

Most orders are received in 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. 

We are doing our best to deliver orders within our usual lead times, but please be aware that some may take longer due to the reduced capacity of our warehouses and carriers. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please do not hesitate to email a member of our Customer Services team should you have any questions.

Changes to estimated delivery date.

We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 90 days, we will:

a) let you know;

b) cancel your order; and

c) give you a refund.

I need an item by a certain date!

Though we try our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date. As soon as the parcel leaves our doors, it is in full discretion with the courier company to deliver your order timely. We ask that you purchase well ahead of your deadline to avoid any unexpected delays.

If the order did not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund an order while it is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.

How much does shipping cost?

All our packages are free shipping, if you need faster shipping service, please contact our customer service team in advance.

Incorrect Address or Address Change

Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages or costs associated with an incorrectly provided address. We cannot guarantee the successful modification of the address.If it is necessary to change an address, in every case Postal parcel or EMS will charge us a change address fee and, if the new address is not near the incorrect address, Postal parcel or EMS will charge us also for the additional redelivery cost.

If you request we contact Postal parcel or EMS on your behalf to request the change, then we will send an invoice to you to pay the additional costs at the time of the change. If you make the change on your own and Postal parcel or EMS bills us separately, we will send you an invoice for that amount so that we break even. While the invoice will be charged by us, ultimately, we send the full amount to Postal parcel or EMS on your behalf. We very much appreciate your understanding that while we do our best to assume costs for any of our own mistakes, we are not able to assume the cost for mistakes outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages

If there is no signature requirement, Postal parcel or EMS will determine at their own discretion if an area is secure to leave a package. If there is a signature requirement, they will attempt to obtain a signature from someone at the address or nearby. If they aren't able to obtain the signature, they may leave a door tag with further instructions. Check your tracking info for details on the latest delivery attempts.
If the package is returned to the place of shipment due to Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages, we will provide re-shipment service.
Re-delivery is a paid service (we will charge your cost of shipping depending on the package size and weight of different lamps).
If the lamp is damaged or lost due to shipping, we will send you a new lamp for free.
If a package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, it is likely the package is nearby or may still be on a delivery truck and is not yet lost. Typically the package will be delivered the next day. If the package still cannot be found, it is your responsibility to contact Postal parcel or EMS and request a "trace" to locate the package(s). In order to be considered for a replacement or refund, you must request a trace to confirm the package is lost, and all traces must be made within 7 days of delivery. Outside this window, we are no longer able to file a loss claim with Postal parcel or EMS to recover the cost of the lost or stolen item.

Failure to Receive Delivery

Postal parcel or EMS will attempt to deliver a package 1 time, but if the package is undeliverable (e.g. no signature can be obtained, wrong address, etc.) then FedEx will hold the package at a local facility for a short time before they return the package to us. When this happens, FedEx charges us a 2nd time to return the package. We are not responsible for costs related to items returned due to failure to receive delivery.

If this happens, we will contact you to arrange delivery again. If you would like to have the package reshipped, we will email an invoice for the cost FedEx charged to return to sender in addition to the cost to ship it again. Alternatively, if you no longer want the package, then a refund will be issued minus 30% restocking fee to cover all lost shipping and packaging costs. We must receive a response from you within 30 days of an item being sent back to us in order to have the item shipped again or to receive a refund.

United States and Canada

Who pays the import Tax and VAT?

In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and need to cooperate with buyer to provide paper work. Please be aware that each destination country has different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported into the country before import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
