All products purchased from Ceenli.com come with a 90-day limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship under normal use.
- If a product fails during normal use within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
- Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our website.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear from regular usage
- Items used outside their intended purpose
- Damage from power surges or incorrect voltage
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
Shipping Insurance (If Purchased)
If a customer purchases shipping insurance at checkout, it provides:
- Free replacement for orders lost or damaged in transit
- Coverage for packages marked as delivered but not received (after carrier investigation)
- Priority claim resolution within 3–5 business days
Shipping insurance does not cover incorrect addresses entered by the customer or delays caused by customs, carriers, or uncontrollable events.
Expedited Processing (If Selected)
If the customer pays for expedited processing, we guarantee:
- Priority handling during order preparation
- Order release within 24–48 business hours
Note: Expedited processing does not speed up shipping carrier transit times.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:

Warranty Period
The 90-day warranty begins on the date of delivery. Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
