Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders placed from outside the U.S. will not be processed.
Shipping Origin
All products are manufactured or assembled to order and shipped directly from our partner factories located in China.
Shipping Timeline
- Handling time: 1–10 business days before dispatch.
- Transit time: Approximately 23–26 business days after shipment.
- Total estimated delivery time: 24–36 business days from the order date.
Shipping cost
We provide free shipping on all orders.
Important Delivery Notes
- All delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
- Made-to-order or customized products may require additional handling time.
- Orders are shipped with tracking information once dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
- Customs duties, import taxes, or related fees (if applicable) are not included in product prices.
- Any such charges imposed by U.S. customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs requirements vary by order value and destination.
Delayed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we or our shipping partners will notify you where possible.
If an order cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will:
- Notify you
- Cancel the order
- Issue a full refund
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Address changes after dispatch may result in additional carrier fees, which will be charged to the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If an item is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, you must contact the carrier and request a trace within 7 days of delivery. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Failed Delivery or Refused Packages
If delivery fails due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect address, or refused delivery, the carrier may return the package and charge return fees. Reshipping requires payment of return and re-delivery costs. Refunds for returned items will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee to cover shipping and packaging costs.
