Shipping Locations
Our factories are located in China. All packages are shipped from China to their destination.
Lead Times
Standard: 4–6 weeks Europe: 8–10 weeks Oversized (truck freight): 40–50 days Handling time: 1–10 days (customized items may require an additional 3–4 working days) We strive to deliver orders within these lead times, but delays may occur due to reduced warehouse or carrier capacity.
Delivery Changes
If events outside our control delay delivery, we or our partners will notify you. If we cannot deliver within 90 days, we will inform you, cancel your order, and issue a refund.
Deadlines
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please order well in advance of deadlines. Refunds cannot be issued while an order is in transit; items must be returned first.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders. Faster shipping options are available at additional cost—please contact our customer service team in advance.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. Address changes may incur fees from Postal Parcel or EMS, which will be invoiced to you.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If no signature is required, carriers may leave packages at their discretion. If a signature is required, carriers will attempt delivery or leave a door tag. Re‑delivery is a paid service. Damaged or lost lamps during shipping will be replaced free of charge. If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, you must request a trace with Postal Parcel or EMS within 7 days to qualify for replacement or refund.
Failure to Receive Delivery
If a package is undeliverable, carriers may return it to us. Reshipping requires payment of return and new shipping costs. If you decline reshipment, a refund will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee. You must respond within 30 days of the item being returned to us.

United States & Canada: Free shipping on all orders. Delivered via UPS, door‑to‑door, no import duties. Typical delivery: 4–6 weeks. Australia: Free shipping on all orders. China Post Air Parcel: 25–50 days. EMS: 5–20 days + handling time. Some items may take up to 12 weeks if made to order. Europe: Free shipping on all orders. China Post Air Parcel: 25–50 days. EMS: 5–20 days + handling time. Royal Mail or UPS: 28–60 days. Countries served include UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Cyprus, Croatia, Spain, Turkey, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Norway, Finland, Slovenia, Switzerland, Ireland, Portugal, Estonia, Israel, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Mongolia, Philippines, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and more. Middle East: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait: 10–35 days (air or sea express). Russia: China‑Russia Special Line Express: 10–30 days.
Import Tax & VAT
In most cases, parcels pass through customs without VAT. Larger orders may require additional paperwork. Import duties, taxes, and charges are buyer’s responsibility. Please select standard shipping channels for certain European countries to avoid high import duties.

We do not ship to Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Georgia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Nepal, Oman, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen, all African countries, all South American countries, and various Pacific islands and Balkan states.
